All new builds and renovations will be brought up to the current BC Plumbing code.
Service Calls
One Hour Minimum.
Services include:
- Changing of fixtures including toilets, faucets, sinks
- Experts in cleaning and unclogging toilets, drains and sewers.
- Plumbing repairs
- Locating under ground pipes
- Use of Camera for pipe inspections $65.00 + GST
- Use of Rotor machine $65.00 +GST

Water Heaters
40 gallon Water heater $1000.00 + GST *
60 Gallon Water Heater $1400.00 + GST *
* Some restrictions apply if water heater is not easily accessible. Examples – Located on a shelf 1 foot or higher. Half in the crawl space and half on the main floor. Behind a furnace having to roll it under duct work, etc.
Water heater Service includes:
- Pick up of new and disposal of old water heater
- Parts and materials to bring water heater to code.
